Purposes of Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To enable you to benefit from the real estate consultancy and brokerage services offered by the Company,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To carry out your domestic and international real estate portfolio access and investment processes in line with your requests,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To establish and perform contracts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To fulfill legal obligations to public institutions and organizations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To carry out information security processes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To manage finance and accounting transactions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To follow up and conduct legal proceedings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To carry out communication activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To conduct sales and marketing processes of goods\/services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To carry out storage and archiving activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3. Legal Grounds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is expressly provided for by law,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data subject has made the data public,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explicit consent of the data subject (only in cases where explicit consent is required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
