Who we are

Alta is a boutique real estate house headquartered in Istanbul, with active representation across Turkey's principal residential and commercial markets and selective cross-border reach.

Founded on the conviction that prime real estate is best served by a small, considered practice rather than a transactional platform, Alta represents a deliberately limited number of clients and mandates at any given time. Each engagement is led personally; each property is represented with attention to its particular character, its buyers, and its place.

Brokerage

We represent a select number of properties, working closely with owners to position each asset with precision and intent.

We don’t approach property as inventory. Each asset is considered in relation to its character, its audience, and its context.

On the acquisition side, we act alongside buyers and their advisors — identifying opportunities that align not only financially, but contextually and personally.

Our residential work spans prime city residences, branded and serviced apartments, waterfront homes, and distinguished private properties. We work with individuals, families, and long-term holders — whether acquiring, consolidating, or divesting.

Advisory

Our advisory work extends beyond individual transactions — into strategy, development, and positioning.

We collaborate with clients on portfolio strategy, acquisition planning, and asset positioning, while also advising on projects at a conceptual level — from early-stage thinking through to market alignment.

We are often involved before a project formally exists — helping define the product, the audience, and its place within the market.

This includes working alongside architects, developers, and investors to ensure that projects are both contextually grounded and commercially coherent.

On the commercial side, we advise on office, retail, and hospitality assets — supporting investors, corporates, and family offices on acquisition, positioning, and divestment.

Our focus remains consistent: a limited number of mandates, with particular attention to institutional-grade assets and real estate with enduring value.

Access

Through our network, we provide access to opportunities that are not publicly available.

This includes discreet off-market listings, cross-border placements, and relationships developed over time with owners, investors, and advisors.

Access is not volume-driven. It is built through proximity, trust, and long-term alignment.

Alta declines the model of volume-driven listing. Our portfolio is selected, not aggregated. A material share of our representations is not publicly marketed.
