DISCLOSURE TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Alta Prime Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi (“Alta Prime Estates” or “the Company”), acting as the data controller, is obliged to inform you about the processing of your personal data. This Disclosure Text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK and related legislation.

2. YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS
2.1. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of our real estate consultancy, brokerage services, portfolio management, and asset positioning strategies, the Company may process the following categories of your personal data:
- Identity Data: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, tax identification number, signature.
- Contact Data: Address, phone number, email address.
- Customer Transaction Data: Request and order information, contract information, payment information (excluding sensitive data such as credit card details), warranty-related transactions.
- Transaction Security Data: IP address, website login/exit records, password information.
- Financial Data: Bank account number, IBAN, salary information, income details.
- Request/Complaint Management Data: Records of requests and complaints submitted to the Company.
- Visual and Audio Records: Photographs, camera recordings (security camera recordings), audio recordings (call center conversations).
2.2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- To enable you to benefit from the real estate consultancy and brokerage services offered by the Company,
- To carry out your domestic and international real estate portfolio access and investment processes in line with your requests,
- To establish and perform contracts,
- To fulfill legal obligations to public institutions and organizations,
- To carry out information security processes,
- To manage finance and accounting transactions,
- To follow up and conduct legal proceedings,
- To carry out communication activities,
- To conduct sales and marketing processes of goods/services,
- To carry out storage and archiving activities.
2.3. Legal Grounds
Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
- It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,
- It is expressly provided for by law,
- The data subject has made the data public,
- Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
- Explicit consent of the data subject (only in cases where explicit consent is required).
3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to the extent permitted by law, for the purposes stated above:
- Domestic Recipients: Authorized public institutions and organizations (tax offices, courts, enforcement offices, etc.), group companies, business partners, suppliers, legal and consultancy firms, banks and financial institutions, independent audit firms.
- International Recipients: Our business partners, suppliers, and service providers located abroad (especially within the scope of our international investment and consultancy activities).
4. METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Your personal data may be processed by the Company through the following methods, either fully or partially automated, or non‑automatically as part of any data recording system, based on the legal grounds and purposes stated above:
- Through the Company’s website (https://altaprimeestates.com/) or other electronic communication channels (e‑mail, contact forms, “Alta Concierge” digital assistant, etc.),
- Verbally (call center, telephone conversations, or face‑to‑face meetings),
- In writing (contracts, request forms, official correspondence, commercial documents).
5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data subjects, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed,
- To request information if they have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if your personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding these rights to our Company using the methods below, together with documents identifying you and clarifying your request, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.

Depending on the nature of your request, our Company will conclude your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
